Just last week, we at Shulman Family Law Group received notice that courtrooms will be closed through mid-April. When they reopen, the courtrooms will only allow authorized personal, which include the parties of the case on the calendar, their attorneys, and their witnesses. Further, any third-party persons with no business being in court will not be permitted inside.
The courts mention that any emergencies will be addressed and processed.
All these rules apply to the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties, excluding Orange County.
Again, Shulman Family Law Group is still operating. We are here for our clients, and ready to tackle your family law issue. Even though the courts have limited engagement, if your case has a court date, Shulman Family will be ready to represent you.
