There are still a great number of things we can do for you today.
Though the courts are closed, we are still able to file and send documents to the courts. As well, we are still able to schedule hearings.
If you are experiencing an emergency, such as domestic abuse, we are able to execute an action as soon as you file. You do not have to feel shut in with danger, we are here to assist in every way possible.
All this means that your case can and will move forward as projected.
The most important thing to remember is not to panic. Keep healthy and stay safe.
We will continue to operate whether in the office or remotely, we will continue to attempt to reach case resolution for our clients, and we will continue to attempt to do so with or without the court.
